1. Service Description

IsThisPhotoFromCamera ("TruePhoto", "we", "us", or "our") provides an image forensics analysis service that examines photographs for signs of AI generation, editing, or manipulation. Users purchase analysis credits ("TruePhoto Credit Pack") to analyze images. Each analysis consumes one credit and produces a detailed forensic report.

2. Analysis Results & Accountability

Our service provides probability scores and forensic indicators to assist in evaluating image authenticity. These results are informational only and should not be treated as definitive proof. The final decision on whether an image is authentic, AI-generated, or manipulated rests entirely with the user. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis results.

3. User Conduct

By using our service, you agree that:

  • You have the legal right to upload and analyze the images you submit.
  • You will not upload images that you do not own or have authorization to use.
  • You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service.

4. Credits & Purchases

Credits are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Each TruePhoto Credit Pack provides 50 analysis credits. Credits do not expire and accumulate across purchases. Please review our Refund Policy for details on returns.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including uploading illegal content or abusing the service. Users may delete their account and data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on analysis results.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
