No Refunds on Digital Credits
Due to the digital nature of the TruePhoto Credit Pack, we do not offer refunds once credits are added to your account. Credits are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, and all sales are final.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical failure where credits were deducted but no analysis was provided, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, restore the affected credits to your account.
Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any billing concerns.
